After cocktail hour, we will head to the ballroom for the reception/dinner/party. The menu for the dinner can be found below. There is a full open bar for all guests over 21. DJ Canterbury Tales will be on the 1's and 2's for the event.

Salad:Watercress Salad w/ Truffle Mozerella and Green Tomato Sauce or House Salad

Entree Option 1: Slow Cooked New York Steak, Honey Bourbon Butter, Vegetable Roll and Spice Sauce

Entree Option 2: Miso Glazed Salmon Fillet w/ Spinach, Miso Mushroom Sauce and Green Onion

Desert: Wedding Cake (vanilla bean flavor), Coffee Parfait w/ Chocolate.
